Job Summary:
As a Analytics Solution Analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders across multiple functions to develop an end-to-end plan for executing a project to build a new data pipeline, respond to a regulatory request, or implement an analytic proof of concept.
- Lead a cross-functional forum of subject matter experts across product teams, channel owners, practice management, and client experience to develop and test hypotheses to drive new analytic strategies.
- Develop a business case and financial model for a new Data & Analytics ‘big idea’ based on expected value to the firm to secure funding for the initiative.
- Evaluate an external vendor’s data as a potential expansion of the analytic capabilities within our customer recommendation engine.
- Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure strong data and process controls on a product feature that leverages large language modeling.
- Compile documents for senior leaders to provide simple status updates on our most visible, complex programs.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Think R is more than a letter, PYTHON is more than a snake, and Java is more than an island or coffee bean; you have querying and programming skills and are curious to learn new tools and techniques
- Previously worked in an analytic strategy, data science or business intelligence role at a financial services company or a consulting firm
- Exhibit knowledge of the financial services industry and businesses (e.g., wealth management, retail, wholesale as well as operations and technology functions)
