Analytics Solutions Associate – Control Management
Job Description:
As part of the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) program team your role will be responsible for strategic process improvements through design and implementation of tools, data analytics and machine learning to strengthen business controls and eliminate manual processes. You will be joining a group of professionals responsible for program management within Control Management solving complex operational challenges, transforming business processes, introducing automation that improves efficiency, and identifying alignment opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and implementation of new capabilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver creative solutions providing business value, efficiency & process improvements
- Design and implement strategic workflow and analytical tools using Alteryx, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated solutions with a focus on Client experience
- Design and implement features and applications using object-oriented software
- Follow Agile development methodologies
- Communicate with team members and other teams to understand specific solution requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support for the development and troubleshooting
- Document capability specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Engineering (any), Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience financial services industry or background in financial technology
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Database, Alteryx, Python, and SQL to create and support strategic initiatives
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Strategic mindset and critical thinking
- Confluence experience as well as any kind of Workflow Implementation experience using BPMN or other tools is a big plus.
- Business process re-engineering and analysis experience
- Challenging the status quo, current processes and tools to find the most efficient solution possible
- Ability to look through to the root cause of issues and assist with efforts to define creative solutions
- Ability to define technology requirements and partner with technology teams to build intuitive, user friendly tools to support the operating model
