The Infatuation, part of Chase Dining, provides its users with trustworthy and useful restaurant recommendations around the world. We’re looking for a senior individual contributor with deep expertise in paid media, to help us achieve our growth and retention goals.
As Vice President, Paid Media in The Infatuation, you will direct users and readers to our digital properties and in person events through impactful media campaigns. You will work in a highly collaborative environment that enables you to harness your expertise, creativity and analytical skills to make a tangible impact on the growth of the Infatuation within Chase Dining. This role reports into the Vice President, Growth and will also work closely with our Vice President, Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own our paid media strategy, media plan creation and execution, and campaign optimizations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search and social campaigns to support The Infatuation’s paid media and user growth and retention goals.
- Build, optimize and execute paid digital strategies for The Infatuation in support of increasing digital readership, newsletter, and account sign ups.
- Translate business strategy into paid social media, search, and traditional ad campaigns and coordinate execution across channels.
- Work closely with Marketing, Editorial and Events colleagues to ensure creative aligns with content strategy and develop distribution plans for maximum impact. Be aligned with and thoroughly understand business objectives and how that relates to overall and paid media goals.
- Assist Marketing team with traditional and out of home ad buys.
- Ensure consistent tone, voice and visual representation is maintained.
- Maintain relationships with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Metta, Reddit, paid media vendors).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and competitive media strategies.
- Track expenses, keep budgets up to date and monitor spend while campaigns are in flight.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- You have 6+ years of marketing experience with expertise in digital marketing and paid media.
- You have experience at a media company or in financial services.
- Deep performance marketing experience in digital marketing channels.
- You’ve managed marketing budgets and forecasts.
- You’re able to build a robust program roadmap and test-and-learn agenda through business case creation and project prioritization.
- You’re skilled at working in a matrixed organization and using data to influence stakeholders and business partners.
- You are a partner who leads through strong collaboration; recognized as a team player.
- You are data-informed and analytical, while also being a creative problem-solver.
- You’re focused on how marketing leads to quantifiable business results.
- You are detail oriented and proven to take initiative.
