Job Description

HR Payroll Analyst

Job Objective:
Comprehensively manage the payroll processing, ensuring compliance with established controls and processes, both for the initial end-to-end management and for the post-payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • SAP knowledge (desirable).

Role Challenges:

  • Participation in end-to-end payroll processes (input updates, payroll controls, final settlements payments).
  • Management of post-payroll processes (Accounting, union payments, social security).
  • Generation of reports.
