Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Provide Cobrand with Confluence page development and maintenance. Respond to development needs and provide initiative templates establishing standards and best practices. Manage the Cobrand Book of Work meeting series, which includes managing a shared mailbox, maintaining Cobrand distribution lists, and communicating across Cobrand with software updates. Create and maintain Jira Kanban boards and develop strategies for tag usage to maintain workflows. Maintain continual hygiene review of all Cobrand initiatives, review dashboards to ensure hygiene compliance, and provide feedback for dashboard functionality. Work in partnership with Controls, ensuring audit readiness by understanding audit responsibilities and maintaining queries and dashboards to support process compliance. Create workflows to support and execute initiatives across the card digital ecosystem. Create visualization aids and presentations that document workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, JIRA Administrator, IT Consultant, Computer Programmer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: product delivery and execution in the credit card industry, including credit card industry regulations and controls. Requires any amount of experience with the following: developing, building, and testing discovery and delivery workflows and Kanban workflows with detailed business rules within the Atlassian ecosystem, including the interactions and interdependencies of Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence with each other; training non-technical business users in complex concepts including Agile methodology, Jira Align workflows, product workflows, and controls overviews; Jira Administrative technical experience including administering Jira and Jira align, entitlement assignment, maintaining business-configurable fields, and application field interactions requiring field value types and field usage; building templates in Confluence for the credit card industry; administrating access groups through DevX; leveraging Agile teams that use customer experiences to document requested functionality and establish success criteria for definition of done; Collaborative website design; Software development lifecycle; Workflow health check monitoring; experience with Jira artifact workflows and how they interact; developing product group processes; Product group dependency management; Risk and controls health check development and monitoring; owning and presenting Agile ceremonies; Business process model notation; serving as an Atlassian Administrator.

Job Location: 201 N Walnut St, Wilmington, DE 19801. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
