Job Description

Great Opportunity! The team oversees the development and execution of the UK Outsourcing Governance Framework.

As a Change Management & Governance Analyst in the UK Outsourcing Governance Team, you will primarily focus on improving internal processes and creating workflow tools that can be utilized by UKOG and the lines of business, enabling increased self-service, improved standardization of processes, and creating operational efficiency.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist with Change initiatives to evolve the framework.
  • Design and create workflow tools that can be utilised by the UK Outsourcing Governance team and by the Business.
  • Be SME of the UK outsourcing requirements and trusted advisor to the business
  • Validate SMF reporting and LE Forum Decks
  • Support Regulatory queries/attestations
  • Assist with Audit/CCOR reviews

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in automation tools e.g. PEGA, Alteryx and UIPath
  • Ability to build great working relationships with business partners in internal LOBs across the firm
  • Strong team player with aptitude for risk management, compliance, oversight and control
  • Understand the principle of a regulation and be able to apply to an operational process or control
  • Comfortable with Excel and presenting/comparing data sets

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in an investment banking regulatory, compliance or operational team is desirable
  • Able to demonstrate working in a control focused environment
  • Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload
  • Experience in project management with a focus on process improvement.
