As a Custody Client Facing Associate in the Custody Operations Team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of the Custody line of business. You will act as a single point of contact for clients regarding their Custody enquiries, building strong relationships and ensuring a best-in-class service offering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a global team which provides direct client support across a wide variety of products and markets
- Builds strong internal and external working relationships and partnerships with J.P.Morgan clients and operational teams to ensure we provide a best in class service offering
- Provides value add client service and operational subject matter expertise for Custody based enquiries
- Performs root cause analysis of issues and enquiries for internal and external stakeholders and reviews opportunities to encourage them to utilise J.P.Morgan offered products for self-serviceable opportunities
- Identifies opportunities to reduce client enquiries, improves client STP (Straight-through processing) rates client instructions, focuses on manual fax reduction and the removal of any bespoke client processes
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Good industry/product knowledge of Custody essential
- Self-motivated, flexible, innovative, adaptable and analytical
- Excellent prioritization, planning, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident at interacting with and communication with internal and external parties
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment essential
Additional Information:
- Shift Schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT or 4:00 PM -1:00 AM PHT
