Job Description

As an Experience Research Vice President within the Design and Customer Experience team, you will shape user experiences across our products and services. You will leverage your expertise in research methods to develop strategies that uncover valuable insights into our customers' needs. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, you will inform product and service designs.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with design, content, and research team members to support FCDP offerings by identifying areas for impactful user experience research.
- Design and execute comprehensive research studies to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Report on research studies and present findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable recommendations for user experience design.
- Capture findings in compelling reports and translate complex concepts into meaningful recommendations.
- Support cross-functional Design Thinking exercises using research findings.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques in user experience research.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant research or design discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in generative and evaluative user experience research.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Experience in designing high-quality research studies with an iterative mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at presenting findings to team members and stakeholders with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Exemplary project planning and management skills.
- Foundational understanding of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices.
