As a Business Analysis Senior Associate within the Performance, Reporting, and Insights Team, you will collaborate closely with the Relationship & Governance Leads and the Operations business unit to support the delivery of business requirements related to reporting and data analysis. You will execute reporting governance activities and actively contribute to the development of reporting automation initiatives. Utilizing your expertise in big data querying and modeling, you will compile data to narrate the challenges and propose solutions. You will apply automation skills using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, UiPath, and Alteryx. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting QA/testing of new solutions and enhancements, as well as solution re-certification, ensuring the reporting inventory remains accurate and consistently meets business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering of reporting requirements and creation of business requirement document (BRD)
- Reporting Solution Development using Tableau, Looker
- Supporting developers on dashboard creation/modification
- Testing/QA of new reporting solutions or enhancements
- Troubleshooting of solution issues and support on break-fix.
- Recertifying of existing reporting solutions
- Adhering to Reporting Governance
- Providing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis to support business problems and decision-making
- Putting together data analysis in a compelling story
- Lead implementation and usage of UiPath or other emerging automation technologies
- Partner with Governance Lead on execution of reporting governance activities
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 6+ years in a business analytics or data analytics-related role supporting Contact Centre Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive data analysis
- Hands on experience in data wrangling tools (ie SQL, Alteryx) and Salesforce Report/Dashboard.
- Deep experience in JIRA/Confluence, Sharepoint Designer, UiPath, Alteryx
- Advanced excel skills (ie. Index Match, xlookup, Analysis Toolpak, VBA, etc)
- Working knowledge of various data modeling and statistical tools (ie. Python)
- Strong data visualisation skills and ability to tell a compelling data story.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex data to non-data users in a way that would be easily understood
- Excellent user of MS Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
- Ability to manage own workload and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- SQL and Alteryx Certification
