Job Description
Job Responsibilities,
- Process and clear transactions and operation activities, adhering to established routines and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle customer/internal stakeholder inquiries and requests, providing a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process
- Delivers and executes regulatory reports in line with regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to innovation efforts by applying knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation to optimize transaction processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market products and industry regulations, using this knowledge to ensure compliance in all transaction activities.
Qualifications
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in loan operation, document management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor degrees or above
