As a Business Assistant Analyst in the Global Head Macro Research team, you will provide senior administrative support in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation, offering you the chance to grow and develop your skills. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior executive support to the Global Head Macro Research and wider business.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation logistics.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and telepresence logistics.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite for data entry, reporting, and metrics production.
  • Partner with relevant groups to execute travel and entertainment bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and role model in the administrative arena.
  • Plan and forecast senior executives' annual schedules.
  • Collaborate with corporate press office and other senior support groups.
  • Mentor less experienced staff and direct their work.
  • Retain industry knowledge and understand group priorities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in executive assistant capacity.
  • Strong personal brand and ability to influence positively.
  • Proactive and reactive with a self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience.
  • Confident public speaking and clear articulation.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to take ownership of work and projects.
  • Professional executive client handling skills.
  • Advanced executive diary management.
  • Strong communication style, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and quality results.
