Job Summary:
As a Credit Agreement Advisory Specialist in the Credit Agreement Advisory & Operational Initiatives team, you will ensure JPM standards are followed across loan structures. You will partner with Legal, Business Partners, and Operations to operationalize industry changes and drive initiatives in the Transaction Coordination space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as an escalation contact and senior approver for non-standard credit agreement terms.
- Collaborate with Legal, Business Partners, and Operations to implement industry changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Debt Capital Markets leadership.
- Lead syndicated-loan initiatives by managing project plans and driving deliverables.
- Advocate for technology enhancements and facilitate adoption to align with strategic goals.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience & 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of the loan product/Syndicated Loan business.
- Proven ability to review and negotiate operational and regulatory terms within legal loan documentation.
- Proven track record of overseeing progress on multidimensional initiatives.
- Ability to operate in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.
- Critical decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in managing complex deal structures.
- Familiarity with new technology tools and reporting.
- Experience in developing presentations and updates for stakeholders.
