As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Specialist - Analyst within the Payment Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of clients' payment processing. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables, responding to business partner queries, and maintaining compliance with JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and local regulatory rules.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Respond promptly to queries from business partners.
  • Escalate issues and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Adopt best practices by collaborating with other transaction processing teams.
  • Maintain control of the environment in compliance with JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and local regulatory rules.



Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SWIFT and international payment conventions and practices is preferred.
