Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the US Digital Product team to partner with the Business.
As a Senior Associate in the US Digital Product team, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success. In this role, you will act on behalf of the business and our clients to enhance workstreams supporting the digitization process. You will be responsible for analyzing workflow processes and developing business and functional requirements for innovative analytics solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-impact visualizations using QlikSense/Tableau, and Excel to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
- Utilize Python and SQL for advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Conduct complex data modeling, applying sophisticated business rules and logic in the transformation layer
- Promote daily execution of product priorities, embodying true “client-obsession” by leveraging user data, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback to craft dashboard designs and build the product roadmap.
- Serve as a point person within the digital product team to own and manage data analytics. Utilize Python and SQL for advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Create ad-hoc reports for product managers and senior leadership, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Present findings and strategic insights to senior leadership, driving informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, Data Enablement tech team and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and ensure comprehensive data collection and reporting.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners, including senior leaders in Business, Technology, Design, Operations, Servicing, Digital, and Control functions.
- Understand data trends and provide explanations for data fluctuations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree
8+ years of experience in data analytics and dashboard creation
Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools such as QlikSense/Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Excel.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Good knowledge of Private Bank product offerings and asset class knowledge.
- Ability to manage expectations by establishing and meeting clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment; adaptable to changes and able to adjust strategies as needed.
- Strong time management skills; efficient and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time that also meet established high standards.
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
