Job Description
Join our team to drive excellence in liquidity operations and customer account management.
Job Summary:
As a Liquidity Operations Specialist within the Liquidity Operations team, you will process static data maintenances and monitor sweeps. You will also reconcile nostro/internal accounts and handle reporting and queries for customer accounts on-boarded on Liquidity Products such as Cash Concentration and Notional Pooling. Your role will involve direct reporting to the Associate — Liquidity Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process static data maintenances with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor sweeps and ensure timely reconciliation of nostro/internal accounts.
- Respond promptly to queries related to customer accounts on-boarded on Liquidity Products.
- Report on account activities and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all deliverables are met within the given timelines.
- Regularly review processes and provide innovative ideas for improvement.
- Meet the goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- At least six months of experience in Banking Operations, especially Payments & Reconciliation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly during stakeholder conversations.
- Willingness to work in any shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to work in teams and share workload effectively.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Knowledge of International Payments systems like SWIFT, CHIPS, FED.
- Problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle tasks efficiently.
- Experience in supporting Global Liquidity product & services.
