Job Description
The Middle Market & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) Treasury Sales team serves the Commercial & Investment Banking Middle Market client segment targeting clients in the $20MM-$500MM revenue space.
In this role you will maintain and develop trusted relationships with MMBSI executive leadership team, as well as with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. Additionally, you will develop and execute a localized to market and product strategy while leading and managing key client pursuits and relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10+ Treasury Services (TS) Sales Center employees by providing leadership, coaching, and development across all aspects needed to achieve positive performance
- Provide direction and coordination for the team by monitoring staff performance, providing appropriate coaching, recognition and feedback
- Build collaborative internal relationships with Regional Treasury Sales Team, Bankers and other internal partners
- Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner
- Align daily activities to drive strategic business objectives
- Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Five years of sales and industry experience
- 3 - 5 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manage an inside sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scope
- Demonstrated sales coaching abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Treasury Services products
