Job Summary
As a Data Servicing Analyst within the Data Servicing and Treasury Funding team, you play a pivotal role in supporting IPB operations. You ensure accurate client data setup and monitor funding requirements for IPB Nostro accounts. You drive process improvements while maintaining high standards of control and risk management.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain reference data, including SSI, broker setups, and client status.
- Capture manual funding requirements and process transactions on CIB cash systems.
- Sweep funds from client receipt accounts to IPB Nostro accounts.
- Investigate and resolve cash breaks efficiently.
- Support front office with escalation management and issue resolution.
- Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries.
- Address ad hoc queries from operations and front office teams.
- Communicate strategic objectives and updates effectively.
- Exercise sound judgment under pressure to resolve complex issues.
