As a GTM & Commercialisation Product Solutions Manager in the EMEA Treasury Services Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will help bring new products to market. By aligning product, marketing and sales strategies, you help plan and execute go-to-market campaigns that monetize new products and solutions for the firm.

The EMEA GTM & Commercialisation team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vice President to join the team. In this role, you will play a critical part in bringing new products and capabilities to market in EMEA, with responsibilities including:

Job responsibilities:

  • Partners with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing & Communication to develop go-to-market strategies which support successful new product launches.
  • Co-ordinates the delivery of GTM launch campaigns to ensure the successful and timely execution of GTM plans.
  • Collaborates with Product, Sales and Marketing to create collateral & artefacts that support the monetization of new products and solutions e.g. pitch deck, FAQs, RFPs responses etc.
  • Assists in the development and refinement of product concepts, value propositions, and determining target audience personas.
  • Monitors the impact of newly launched solutions, and where necessary take follow up action to ensure efficient monetization of these solutions.
  • Prioritises day to day activity, to ensure that team deliverables align with the broader business strategy.
  • Liaises with global Product Commercialisation leads, ensuring transparency and consistency in all related go-to-market activity.
  • Partners with Product Solutions Specialists (PSS) and analytics to help build pipeline of early adopter clients.
  • Manages team reporting metrics to ensure efficient management of the team.
  • Analyses data to support product positioning and marketing strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Extensive experience working within the Product development life cycle, engaging with Sales on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organisation.
  • Strategic and thoughtful communicator with extensive experience in written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
