Job Description

As a Transaction Processing Specialist within Wholesale Payments Operations, you will provide critical operational support for our Corporate Investment Bank clients. You ensure timely completion of transaction management, resolve exceptions and client inquiries, and deliver subject matter expertise. You also contribute to regulatory reporting, remediation activities, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned transaction processing tasks efficiently
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Manage daily responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a strong control mindset, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve exceptions
  • Support regulatory reporting and remediation activities
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Understanding of financial services industry, products, and processes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Experience in middle or back office operations
  • Proven client focus and customer care practices
  • Ability to drive results through effective communication and influence
