Job Description
Join our global Asset & Wealth Management team, dedicated to serving a diverse clientele and ensuring business resiliency. We manage the Asset & Wealth Management Business Resiliency Program, focusing on strategy development, recovery testing, crisis management, and governance. Our division serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth, and team member clients through Asset and Wealth Management services. As a Senior Associate in the Asset Wealth Management - Business Resiliency team, you will support the preparation and analysis of business resiliency reports and metrics, lead monthly oversight forums, contribute to process improvements, and assist in incident coordination. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, provide data-promote insights, and identify AI usage to streamline efforts, all while ensuring effective governance and risk management within the organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and analysis of business resiliency reports/metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs) to various committees and stakeholder forums. Conduct analysis of the data, collaborate with stakeholders to understand risk impacts. Ensure timely escalation of metric breaches and provide data-promoted insights to inform program management and decision-making.
- Lead a monthly oversight forum for leading a monthly oversight forum to enable collaboration resiliency, technology resiliency, third parties, and other stakeholders to support including preparation of agenda and review of monthly reporting to identify risk patterns, trends and emerging topics for discussion.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements, training and awareness initiatives related to business resiliency. Identify and incorporate usage of AI to streamline work efforts.
- Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of Business Resiliency Plans (BR Plans) and Business Resiliency Planning Units (BRPUs) in the firm wide business resiliency system, as needed.
- Assist in coordination of incidents/crisis management or other business disruptions, as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant majors finance, accounting, computer science
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in business resiliency, risk management, operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in metrics reporting, governance, or control functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with business resiliency concepts, incident management, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx).
