As the Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the JPMAM Global Strategic Relationships team, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients within the RIA segment. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, and requires a proactive approach to identifying business needs, driving communication, and executing strategic initiatives to support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with clients, driving engagement across JPMAM’s strategic priorities and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement partnership strategies that align with our business vision and objectives.
- Support, Service & Analytics: Lead critical support functions including business intelligence (BI), CRM management, RFIs, contract oversight, meeting preparation, and client event coordination.
- Business Management: Proactively manage key deliverables such as Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, event logistics, and team coordination to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 10+ years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
- Strong work ethic and drive, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional adaptability and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic partnership management or business development, ideally in a cross-functional context.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, focused on delivering long-term value and results.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Series 7 & 63 licenses
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
