Job Description

Join our team as a PAG Processing Manager in the Project Approval Group (PAG) within Chase Mortgage Banking. Lead and support a team of PAG Processors to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.


As a PAG Processing Manager within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to PAG Processors. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our team meets and exceeds company standards for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with implementing performance plans to achieve monthly and annual goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing the skills of your team through goal-setting, delegation, training, counseling, and performance management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee processors' timely collection and submission of project documents to PAG Underwriting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of information in all applicable systems.
  • Work closely with PAG Underwriting, Operations, and Sales Partners.
  • Implement performance plans to achieve monthly and annual goals.
  • Develop the skills of subordinates through goal-setting, delegation, training, counseling, and performance management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager or supervisor.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage lending business.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate well in difficult situations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office software.
  • Adhere to turn time commitments in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent teamwork orientation and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • College 4-year degree preferred.
