Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Strategy & Portfolio Management Team within the CIB Central Controls Office. You will be responsible for supporting Commercial & Investment Bank Projects as part of the Project Management Office.
We are looking for a proactive, organized and results focused individual used to working in an agile environment with a willingness to learn and develop their skills. The current team work on both internal and Regulatory focused programs, attention to detail, planning and strong communication skills are critical within this fast paced role. You will be part of a small team, operating in both a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for supporting on projects from inception, creating regular reporting and maintaining SharePoint sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance skills and grow with a Team.
Job responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution, tracking milestones and creating reporting for Project updates
- Support with creating an efficient project governance structure including Working Groups, Project plan, RAIDs, Scorecards, senior management updates
- Maintain evidence of progress and relevant artefacts to demonstrate successful Project completion through SharePoint
- Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
- Create decks for reporting through various Forums, not only for current Projects but activities being undertaken by the wider team
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency in processes through regular evaluation and adaptation
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Self starter, who can anticipate next steps and is keen to take on tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find solutions
- High attention to detail
- Experience creating executive summaries and aggregating presentations with agendas and materials
- Experience with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in a Project Management environment
