Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Provide guidance and operational support for the Credit business covering products spanning the derivatives, securities, and loans asset classes. Assist with projects related to improving current processes to raise productivity and efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely workflows are implemented. Identify Control weaknesses in everyday processes; develop and implement procedures that mitigate associated risks. Act as a primary support contact to ensure all front office and counterparty requests are handled with satisfaction. Liaise with front office, middle office, credit, documentation, and settlements teams to resolve client trade breaks. Drive strategic middle office working groups responsible for designing, building, and implementing future middle office models. Act as a source of knowledge for various regional regulatory requirements that govern CDS and Securities transactions and use their discretion to ensure that any potential breaches are escalated and remediated appropriately. Reconcile trades between front and back end trading systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Trading Services, Credit Trade Support Associate, Credit Trade Support Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with: Investigating and resolving discrepancies within external confirmation and settlement platforms, including DTCC, Euroclear, MarkitWire, ICELink, MarketAxess, TradeWeb, and BroadRidge systems; trade flows utilized to facilitate FINRA, SEC, and CFTC regulatory reporting; identifying issues and inconsistencies within the trade booking process and working with the trading, compliance, legal, and regulatory teams to provide enhancements and corrections to workflows; defining comprehensive requirements for technology to develop new tools and enhance existing tools to include trading, sales, and operations expectations; Designing and developing interactive Excel and PPT reports with advanced functionalities including lookup, index match, data analysis add-ons, and pivots.

Full-Time. Salary: $114,239 - $131,000 per year.
