As a Business UAT Analyst I in the Digital Technology team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products. You will collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver seamless customer experiences through rigorous testing and automation
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium
- Create and maintain test data and ensure test environment readiness
- Review business requirements and design comprehensive test strategies, plans, and use cases
- Perform user story scope and end-to-end validations in alignment with approved test plans
- Document defects, participate in defect triages, and support continuous improvement of testing processes
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to refine functional requirements and testing approaches
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture focused on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Three years of automation and coding experience in Java, including test automation framework execution
- Extensive knowledge of Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber framework
- Experience in mobile testing for iOS and Android devices, including mobile automation
- Proficiency with defect management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or QC
- Experience with API test automation tools such as Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or DB2
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in TSYS consumer banking, credit card, or related industry
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree
