As a Talent Enablement Training Vice President within the Client Onboarding and Service (COS) organization, you will be leading strategic initiatives that promote skills growth and talent mobility, with a strong focus on training priorities and projects. Be at the forefront of innovation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Your expertise in training program management will help us enhance productivity and engagement across the organization. You are expected to define and implement training surveys to assess effectiveness using training frameworks such as Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation and Bloom's Taxonomy, ensuring that training programs are aligned with learning objectives and organizational goals.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison for COS regional partners for priorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Design Learning Maps and develop approaches to enhance skill-building and training effectiveness.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Assessment Strategy to evaluate and enhance employee skills, competencies, and potential, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Partner with management to develop and maintain dashboards or reports that communicate program impact and ROI to leadership.
- Enhance employee productivity through KPI-driven training initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Lead the Client Onboarding Services Development program, including the implementation of rotational programs, while developing learning paths in partnership with key stakeholders to support these initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Learning teams to execute talent programs that enhance attraction of key talent, deepen focus on employee development and align with organizational goals.
- Act as a Training and Development Subject Matter Expert, guiding cross-functional teams in training strategy and execution.
- Review instructional design plans and courses to ensure quality and compliance with accessibility standards.
- Build out more complex learning solutions – implementing new technologies, strategies, and strategic programs including setting up a learning badge program
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong program management skills with proven experience in liaising with regional partners to prioritize initiatives and foster collaboration.
- Experience leading talent development programs, including the implementation of experiential development or rotational programs and customized learning paths.
- Proven ability to partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Learning teams to execute comprehensive talent programs focused on attraction, development, and retention.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in developing dashboards that communicate program impact and ROI to leadership.
- Strong focus on enhancing employee productivity through KPI-driven training initiatives, emphasizing measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, with experience reviewing plans and courses to ensure quality and compliance with accessibility standards.
- Experience in academy-style learning environments, including the development and management of certification and badge programs to recognize employee skills and achievements.
- Proven experience in designing and executing Talent Assessment Strategies, utilizing various evaluation methods to identify skill gaps and inform talent development initiatives.
