As an Associate in Business Management for the EMEA Liquidity & Account Solutions team, you play a pivotal role in supporting business leads with financial analysis and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, interpret financial data, and contribute to both day-to-day objectives and long-term vision. Job responsibilities

  • Support business leads by analyzing financial performance and revenue/expense drivers
  • Present and interpret financial information for senior stakeholders
  • Create compelling presentations linking data to business activities using PowerPoint
  • Analyze data and trends using Excel to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions
  • Respond to executive requests for project management and business analysis
  • Prepare strategic reports and analyses to advance business priorities
  • Organize and communicate information clearly to various audiences
  • Assist with client pipeline management and trend analysis
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for meetings and events
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and support audit and regulatory deliverables

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience supporting business management in a global organization
  • Previous Experience with strategic analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with liquidity, account, or escrow products
  • Interest in liquidity products and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numeric skills
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable presenting to audiences and working cross-functionally
