As an Business Manager Senior Associate in the Chief Administrative Office Finance and Business Management team supporting Global Security, you will support our efforts to protect and enable the business. You will work closely with department heads and business managers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Global Workforce Screening. You will help us manage expenses, improve processes, and communicate complex information in accessible ways. This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Additionally you will provide business management support to the EMEA Chief Administrative Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and expense management for security departments
  • Develop clear and impactful presentations for senior audiences using raw data
  • Analyze and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and control
  • Manage multiple projects independently, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs
  • Collaborate across functions and build strong working relationships
  • Communicate complex financial information in an accessible manner for non-financial stakeholders
  • Influence and negotiate to build consensus and achieve results
  • Maintain strong controls and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Provide valuable analysis and reporting to senior management and business partners
  • Organize and manage data for effective storytelling and decision-making
  • Support the Europe, Middle East, Africa Chief Administrative Office Head with business management tasks

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in business management or reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
