As the Vice President, Technology Strategy & Transformation at JPMorgan Chase within Corporate Technology, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of transformative technology strategies. Your role involves defining operating models, frameworks, and roadmaps while utilizing enterprise architecture best practices to encourage growth and innovation. You will work closely with senior leaders and teams across the organization to foster innovation and implement scalable, efficient solutions. Your efforts will empower us to deliver top-tier technology and promote significant change.

Job responsibilities:

  • Define operating models, frameworks, technology strategies, and roadmaps using enterprise architecture best practices
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of people, processes, and technology to identify opportunities for transformation
  • Improve efficiency and optimize investments through business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and process engineering
  • Develop clear, actionable methodologies for organization-wide adoption
  • Provide strategic recommendations and influence executive decision-making
  • Foster innovation and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for Corporate Technology senior leaders
  • Collaborate with teams across Corporate Technology and other business areas

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and proficient advanced experience
  • Management consulting background with IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture advisory experience
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Change Leadership, Strategic Sourcing, IT Operating Models, and Technology Roadmaps
  • Experience developing and implementing IT strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
  • Extensive experience in technology leadership roles focused on strategy and transformation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience in Cloud Transformation, Data & Analytics, Process Automation, Enterprise Architecture, and AI/ML
  • Passion for setting strategic direction and transforming technology landscapes
