As a Product Delivery Associate in the Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer (AMLKYC) Product Team, you will be responsible for working with Product Owners, Project Management, and technology partners to plan, develop, and execute testing necessary to support the AMLKYC Product. Initiatives and Epics detailing enhancements need to be analyzed in order to understand impacts to various systems and develop test plans, test cases, and obtain test data. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

Job responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the business testing function
  • Define strategies and approaches for testing as well as setting and stewarding sound testing methodologies
  • Analyze Epics detailing enhancements to understand impacts to CCB impacted systems and determine how they can be tested
  • Create and execute detailed test cases/scripts based on child epics, impact matrix and/or functional specifications
  • Utilize JIRA, or other test management applications to store and maintain all test results
  • Perform User Acceptance, and end to end testing necessary to ensure desired functionality of enhancements
  • Report and track project defects in JIRA or other test management applications as applicable
  • Identify and prepare the appropriate data for testing .Document process and procedural changes
  • Ensure the data dependencies for Test Case execution are identified and plans exist to satisfy account selection needs, partnering with Test Leads to ensure the Account Selection Criteria Process is complete
  • Research system issues and involve key stakeholders (Area product owners/Product Analysts/Scrum Teams) to resolve disputes on resolutions
  • Participate in Business Requirement Document and Functional Design reviews and provide Testing sign-off, where applicable

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years application testing experience
  • Expertise in business analysis, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize , prioritize, and report on work
  • Creative individuals with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business, operating processes, and environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, high pressure environment to meet deadlines.
  • Position may require some weekend work, to satisfy release timeline needs

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline or equivalent work/training preferred
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management and JIRA experience preferred.
  • Specific system knowledge preferred: Assisted Account Opening, Digital Account Opening, Banker Tools (Customer Assist, Peoplesoft/Titan common Module), Technology Enhanced Due Diligence (TeDD), Customer Information System (CIS), Risk Scoring Utility (RSU), National Account Web Application (NAWA), Enterprise KYC Profile Viewer (KYCPV)
