Job Summary: As a Regulatory Operations Associate within the Global Regulatory Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting our Payments Business. You will manage intake requests including new and revised regulations, new products, reports automation, assess their impact, and ensure compliance in a controlled and standardized manner. Your contributions will drive strategic initiatives and enhance our regulatory operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly scanning of regulatory developments identifying applicable regulations.
- Interpret new and revised regulation & assess impact to the Payment business in a controlled & standardized manner.
- Perform cross Product impact analysis & share implications of new product offering on existing set of regulatory reporting.
- Review completeness and applicability of intake submissions against Payment Regulatory Operations scope.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment & smooth transition to delivery teams.
- Manage key stakeholders and lead effective meetings.
- Maintain regulation inventory and act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders assisting in regulation related queries.
- Contribute to Global team's knowledge base, maintain up to date procedures & support delivery of key metrics for the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulatory reporting environment or similar role.
- Proven understanding of Payments Products & related regulations such as DGSD & PSD2.
- Passionate about regulation with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements & products.
- Excellent attention to details with strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationship with global cross functional partners.
- Agile in changing priorities as new requirements come.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence tools.
- Fluency in another European language (German, Italian, French).
