As an Associate Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Compute organization, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and lifecycle management of desktop and mobile products for JPMC employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product deployment, user support, and continuous improvement of the employee technology experience.
Key responsibilities
  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Own and maintain a catalog of desktop and mobile hardware product standards, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure that all catalog standards are available for purchase in all global regions, working with procurement and regional teams to address availability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure timely deployment of critical patches and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee feedback, requirements gathering, and issue escalation.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles for employee self-service.
  • Track product adoption, usage trends, and support metrics to inform future demand and prioritization.
  • Support the development of business cases for new features or product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with desktop and mobile hardware manufacturers (Apple, Dell, Samsung, etc) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Emerging Knowledge of product release and deployment processes
  • Experience supporting Mac, WindowsHi and iOS devices in an enterprise setting.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with desktop and mobile products (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android)
