As a Senior Product Associate in Wires Payments Platform team , you’ll champion the voice of the customer, collaborating with digital customer experience, technology, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop product features that meet customer needs and support business growth. You’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, using data and feedback to create personalized, scalable, and resilient solutions. By focusing on customer value and continuous improvement, you’ll help design frictionless journeys and proactively address pain points. Job responsibilities
  • Utilizes customer insights and market research to identify solutions and drive product innovation in the roadmap
  • Define product strategy, and roadmap for banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features
  • Manage the product lifecycle by monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements
  • Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product features and market changes
  • Communicate product vision, updates, and results effectively to stakeholders and internal teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 + years experience in product management or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle and apply strong knowledge of product development, design, and data analytics
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using Align and JIRA for planning and sprint management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; effective collaborator across cross-functional teams and technical levels
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Deep understanding of core banking and digital payments, with experience managing related products
  • Hands-on experience leveraging Gen AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation in product management
  • Proven ability to navigate and deliver results within highly matrixed, complex organizations
  • Familiarity with micro service architecture and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes) as they relate to product development
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
