Philippines Product Manager - Payments - Associate

As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in the Philippines Payments team, you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization to enable the product and market strategy.
- Be responsible for the development and execution of cash management product strategy for the Philippines market, covering a client base of multinationals, local companies, financial institutions, and non-bank FIs, as part of the Product team
- Be responsible for cash management product’s profit and loss (P&L)
- Handle vast Product range that includes domestic and international transactional banking services, cash investment and cash concentration structures, and foreign exchange
- Develop basic and innovative products in line with the Ready to Launch & New Business Initiative disciplines
- Champion country roll out of regional product launches
- Assist in developing plans to close local product gaps in order to enhance our competitiveness
- Partner with sales team in developing best in class solutions and deliver products to fit the Philippines and South East Asia markets
- Work with Operations to improve efficiency and straight-through processing (STP)
- Partner with client Service and sales to drive excellence in client satisfaction and experience
- Ensure compliance and risk management of all products with local regulators and policies
- Work with Marketing on development of client relevant product material and collateral
- Improve JPMorgan’s profile, market share & “share of mind” in the market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years work experience, with preference of at least 2 in product management
- Basic understanding of banking products. Familiarity with local and international regulations is an advantage
- Ability to work with data analytics, product performance metrics and reporting tools, with proficiency in productivity tools/applications (e.g. Excel spreadsheet, Powerpoint presentations, etc)
- Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement as well as negotiation and influencing skills to drive product adoption and change
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams (IT, operations, sales, compliance) with proficiency in project planning, execution, and agile methodologies
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment
- Analytical and with problem-solving skills
