As the Adobe AI Systems Designer on the Creative Brand team, you’ll seamlessly connect teams and tools—Adobe Workfront, AEM, Frame.io, Firefly, and Creative Cloud—driving efficiency and collaboration across every project. Your expertise in AI-powered features and process optimization ensures our creative assets are delivered on time, with exceptional quality and impact. Job responsibilities
- Architect and oversee seamless workflows across Adobe Workfront, AEM, Frame.io, Firefly, and Creative Cloud, ensuring integration and efficiency.
- Define, document, and scale processes that enable smooth collaboration between creative, marketing, and technology teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve workflow challenges to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative assets and campaigns.
- Harness AI-powered features within Adobe products to enhance automation, personalization, and digital asset management.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and governance, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Stay ahead of generative AI trends, tools, and research, and share your expertise through training and documentation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all Adobe products and integrations within our marketing technology stack.
- Partner with IT and Adobe specialists to maintain system connectivity, data flow, and user permissions.
- Lead the rollout of new features, manage updates, and oversee governance for tools across the Adobe suite.
- Develop and deliver training programs and best practice documentation to drive adoption and excellence across teams.
- Provide actionable recommendations to leadership, identifying opportunities to optimize time, cost, and quality through AI and automation.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 5+ years of experience managing creative or marketing operations within a large organization or agency.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Hands-on experience with Frame.io, Creative Cloud, Firefly, and Adobe DAM systems.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, metadata management, and digital asset lifecycles.
- Proven ability to bridge technical systems with creative and marketing processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Sensei, Firefly, or other AI-powered Adobe tools.
- Background in marketing technology, project management, or digital transformation.
- PMP or Workfront certification is a plus.
