Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cobrand Product Delivery Manager to lead and cobrand credit card initiatives. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, partnership relationships, and a strong understanding of cobrand strategies within the financial services or consumer products sector. Initiatives may vary across 11 different CoBrand partners, with the goal of creating efficiencies and streamlining process when and where possible.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of cobrand projects, from initial concept through launch and ongoing management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify and manage project escalations and blockers efficiently, in a timely manner and to the right point of contacts.
  • Detect potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Maintain and provide regular status updates across multiple projects to key stakeholders across matrixed organization.
  • Monitor project performance, report on key metrics, and drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cobrand partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management, product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end process flows and integration coordination is required, including experience coordinating data conditioning to enable seamless transfer across internal applications and partner platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to influence decision making in projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience with agile process and principles.
  • Experience in managing partner/client engagements and expectations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with test planning and execution.
  • Knowledge and experience in use of Jira.
  • Architectural and technical understanding of applications.
  • Understanding and knowledge of APIs.
  • Demonstrate prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
