DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Produce monthly firmwide headcount trends analysis, identifying locations with significant changes as well as monitoring the firm's global key locations headcount movement. Responsible for the monthly workflow that provides teams with the monthly fixed asset balance report. Maintain and trouble-shoot a workflow that produces daily underlying data for Global Real Estate capital planning and execution tracking. Maintain and trouble-shoot a workflow that produces weekly reports of GRE capital data integrity, which is crucial in budget forecasting and capital planning. Responsible for analyses of our global real estate portfolio to provide insights into the current and projected age of the portfolio and areas of focus for upcoming investment decisions. Responsible for estimating the occupancy cost per seat for tenants of our office portfolio. Conduct complex analytical work, and report results to senior bank leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Accountant, Accounting Analyst, Corporate Strategy Analyst, Business Management Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Accountant, Accounting Analyst, Corporate Strategy Analyst, Business Management Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: automating the production and delivery of recurring data- driven reports using Alteryx, SQL, Excel, and VBA frameworks; applying advance Excel techniques including index match, xlookup functions, advanced macros, to enhance data manipulation and reporting efficiency; designing interactive Excel workbooks with array-based formulas and advanced macros to support data analysis; utilizing Alteryx to process and analyze large datasets, enabling robust data integration across systems; leveraging SQL for querying, managing, and analyzing datasets; creating insightful data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau to support strategic decision making; synthesizing extensive datasets into actionable insights to optimize portfolio management strategies; and developing advanced PowerPoint presentations.

Full-Time. Salary: $118,600.00-$165,000.00
