Great opportunity for an Associate to join our growing Subsidiary Banking team in Warsaw and play a key role in supporting subsidiaries of corporate clients.

In this role within the Global Corporate Banking Team, the Associate will work alongside regional Subsidiary Bankers and global relationship teams, helping to onboard and ramp up new business mandates, and supporting efforts to maintain the highest standards for existing clients. Collaboration with relevant Subsidiary Bankers and Product Specialists will be essential to address the broader banking needs of JPMorgan’s subsidiary banking clients.

Additionally, the Associate will take ownership of a portfolio of CEE-based subsidiary clients, acting as the primary relationship manager for these assigned subsidiaries, ensuring their banking needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.

The Associate will be responsible for covering CEE subsidiaries of corporate clients headquartered globally and will work closely with teams covering parent company relationships at their Global Headquarters, as well as local EMEA product teams, particularly in Payments/Transaction Services, Trade, and Markets.

This role will cover clients based in Poland and across our CEE subsidiary banking franchise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support regional Subsidiary Bankers and global relationship teams in maintaining high standards for existing clients, including onboarding and implementation of new business mandates
  • Manage a defined portfolio of CEE-based subsidiary clients, ensuring diligent pipeline management, robust relationship coverage, and effective issue escalation
  • Work closely with Payments Sales partners and Product Specialists (Core Cash Management, Liquidity, FX, Trade & Escrow), implementation, and customer service teams to ensure the highest level of understanding of clients’ requirements and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Assist with KYC record reviews and renewals, and provide accurate summaries to relevant teams
  • Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and support responses to RFPs to help generate new revenue
  • Conduct industry and company research, support credit analysis, and assist with documentation processes
  • Maintain internal reports and documentation, including deal tracking and account plans

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury Services sales, corporate relationship management, or portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated experience in client coverage, with a talent for building and nurturing strong relationships, supporting business growth, contributing to successful transactions, and expanding professional networks both within the firm and externally.
  • Broad commercial banking product knowledge and/or experience, such payments. foreign exchange, lending and trade products etc. Knowledge of treasury services products a clear advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, time management and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to details and able to multi-task and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Demonstrated, consistent professional presence with the ability to adapt to evolving needs and situations.
  • Must be fluent in English and Polish

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MBA Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting &/or Economics
  • CFA or CPA
  • Background in client service or client facing roles
