As an Equity Portfolio Manager in Asset Management China, you will be responsible for the portfolio management of equity products under the jurisdiction, formulate specific investment strategies, and be responsible for performance and other risk control.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the portfolio management of equity products under the jurisdiction, formulate specific investment strategies, be responsible for performance and other risk control;
- Actively participate and represent the platform’s philosophy, process & strategy styles at client, consultant and internal meetings.
- Determine account & portfolio suitability of securities for participation in investment recommendations.
- Study market commentary, research opinions, and industry forecasts with research analysts and assistant fund managers to assist in determining tactical investment strategy.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior work experience in an Equity Portfolio Manager role with technology sector investment experience.
- 3 years and above equity related investment experience, with open and transparent, consistently good investment performance.
- In-depth knowledge of technology sector, with mathematical and analytical ability;
- Excellent macro understand of financial markets.
- Strong team player with strong presentation and communications skills.
- Attainment of all necessary regulatory licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying out Asset Management and other regulated activities
- Undergraduate degree from a leading university
