As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data Analytics team, you will leverage data visualization and analytics to support management decisions and drive operational excellence. You will mentor associates, foster a culture of innovation, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new capabilities and ensure high standards in data management.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced BI dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools
- Analyze business requirements and design, build, and test high-quality data visualizations
- Perform data mining and analytics to deliver actionable insights
- Query and extract data from multiple sources for dashboards and reports
- Enable business-focused reporting and self-serve analytics solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of associates, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations, and stakeholders to develop requirements and implement new capabilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent business experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, and Qlik Sense
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business-focused reporting and enabling self-serve analytics solutions
- Team management experience, including oversight and mentoring

- Experience with data-driven storytelling for senior leadership
- Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and best practices in data management and visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
