This critical role offers broad exposure across key business areas and the opportunity to drive financial stewardship, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness in support of the team’s advocacy initiatives.

As a Senior Associate of Finance & Compliance- Chief Business office, you will work with budget and compliance, and be instrumental in overseeing and managing the team’s financial planning, tracking, and reporting, as well as ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to maintain transparency, accountability, and best practices in all budgetary and compliance matters. This is a fast-paced, evolving environment where your strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end budget process for cross-functional Advocacy, including planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Oversee all compliance processes, ensuring adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement in budget management and compliance practices, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with finance, risk, and business partners to ensure accurate and timely budget submissions and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and present regular budget and compliance updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Build relationships across teams and all levels to drive collaboration and project success.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Manage the budget leveraged by multiple teams, making your work highly visible and impactful throughout the organization.
  • Gain valuable insight into our financial processes, with direct exposure to Planning & Analysis (PnA) and Finance Analytics.
  • Drive financial stewardship, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness, supporting the team’s advocacy initiatives, and influencing key business decisions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in budget management, compliance, or a related field within a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter who works independently and drives deliverables.
  • Results-oriented, intellectually curious, with keen attention to detail and a bias towards action.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneDrive).
