As an Experience Research Senior Associate in claims disputes fraud operations, you will leverage advanced research methods to identify customer needs and deliver actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform design decisions and enhance our offerings.

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct research studies using advanced methods such as surveys, interviews, and ethnography to gather customer insights
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to inform user experience design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of experience research strategies aligned with business goals
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate knowledge into team insights

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Three years of experience or equivalent expertise in generative and evaluative user experience research using advanced methods
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey and interview design, ethnography, and data analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of user experience design principles and practices, with emphasis on ethnographic principles
  • Advanced understanding of current research methodologies and their application to experience design
  • Examples of recent work samples and portfolio required to be presented

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience connecting research insights to business goals and success metrics
  • Familiarity with industry trends in user experience research
