Are you a Marketing Campaigns Manager interested in a new opportunity to join our marketing campaigns team?
As a Marketing Campaigns Manager - Associate, you will support in planning and delivering impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business results. You will be someone who is creative, organised, and analytical, with experience in delivering integrated campaigns across a range of channels, such as above-the-line media (TV, radio, out-of-home), digital platforms (such as social media), and owned channels. You will have a 'can do attitude' and an eye for detail with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
This role will have the advantage of working in a highly collaborative, agile marketing team and would appeal to someone used to working with multiple stakeholders and teams such as specialist marketers, media leads, product, compliance, as well as external creative and media agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Delivery support in the development and implementation of integrated campaigns plans that align with business objectives, supporting brand and product initiatives – from campaign strategy to agency briefs, creative development and execution, and ongoing measurement and optimisation of campaigns.
Stakeholder management work closely with strategy, brand and product teams to achieve short and long-term business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including creative and media agencies.
Project management co-ordination of a cross-functional team including brand, media leads, research, PR and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time and within a fast-paced environment.
Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimisations based on results
Data-driven insights develop an understanding of the target audience, industry trends and innovations to identify new opportunities and foster innovation
Maintain an understanding of relevant legislation for different marketing channels, working closely with our Controls teams to ensure advertising assets are compliant and in line with advertising regulation
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
A track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across above-the-line and digital channels in a fast-paced, agile environment.
An understanding of advertising and the creative development process, with experience managing the production of advertising campaigns across various media channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and strong organisational, communication, and influencing abilities.
Knowledge of the media landscape and the ability to leverage creative across channels, experience working directly with media agencies or teams and reviewing media plans is desirable.
Experience managing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including external partners.
A strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable using insights to identify trends and develop a test-and-learn approach.
Attention to detail to ensure quality of creative output, creative remains on-brand, compliant, and delivers the best customer and business outcomes.
A creative and collaborative mindset, with the ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to serve both product and marketing goals and drive ideas forward.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Relevant experience in a highly regulated industry, ideally financial services, would be beneficial.
