As an Associate in the team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to global & local teams with Project & Program management support & will operate in a matrix environment that caters to intelligent automation, data analytics, and business intelligence. The team employs a suite of modern data analytics tools such as Alteryx and visualization tools such as Qlikview & Tableau to provide data insights to drive change, understand the business landscape to enable data driven decision-making
Job responsibilities:
- Create, manage and enhance dashboards in Qlikview/Tableau in ways that help drive the business and create efficiencies
- Provide E2E support for key projects & programs globally
- Assist with reporting and analytics
- Manage appropriate governance & controls
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Degree in Commerce/Accounts with minimum 8 years of work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Banking / Lending operations.
- Flexible to work US hours.
- Proven Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs
- Hands-on experience on analytical tool such as Alteryx and visualization tool such as Qlikview/Tableau and SQL
- Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items)
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) required, as well as the ability to use web-based technology effectively
- Industry certifications on Tableau, Python Alteryx, SQL, UiPath etc.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Candidates with Project Management certifications will be preferred.
