As an Associate Developer & Facilitator within the Wealth Management Service & Administration Training & Talent Development team, you will design, develop, and deliver impactful learning initiatives that support the organization’s training and knowledge management needs. Working closely with management and subject matter experts, you will create high-quality, customized training solutions that drive performance and growth. Leveraging your instructional design expertise, you will ensure the successful launch, execution, and ongoing maintenance of key programs such as Excellerate. Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide, lead, and execute the development, deployment, and maintenance of microlearning solutions through a performance support platform to address targeted business needs.
  • Identify and develop innovative, engaging, and impactful solutions that enhance learning outcomes and deliver measurable results.
  • Produce microlearning materials that support emerging and rapidly changing business trends.
  • Create high-quality videos and graphics using industry-standard applications (e.g., Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Techsmith, Camtasia, After Effects, Adobe Animate).
  • Apply visual design and digital marketing expertise in developing learning products tailored to the modern learner and aligned with social media trends.
    Integrate innovative approaches to strengthen learning retention.
  • Consult with internal business stakeholders to understand needs, make recommendations, and develop learning products that continuously enhance employee performance.
  • Collaborate with learning peers to identify efficiencies and leverage best practices, content strategies, design approaches, and innovative solutions.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating ambition, enthusiasm, self-direction, energy, and personal motivation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong facilitation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Instructional design and development experience.
  • Experience in facilitation or presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, self-directed, and personally motivated; able to manage and lead multiple priorities independently.
  • Ambitious and capable of effectively interacting at all levels of the organization.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in talent development or training preferred.
  • Financial and banking experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with course development software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
  • Prior experience with media editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Audition preferred but not required.
