Excited by the opportunity to build innovative digital retail banking products and services in a start-up environment, backed by one of the leading financial service providers worldwide?

Join us at JPMorgan Chase & Co. at our newest European hub for Chase bank, located in the heart of Berlin. In this exciting chapter of continued growth and expansion for Chase, we’re looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager.

As Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager in our marketing team, you will introduce Chase to customers in Germany and steward a globally recognised brand locally. You will guide and deliver end‑to‑end brand and product campaigns, partner with best‑in‑class agencies, and translate central brand guidance into culturally relevant communications for German audiences. This individual contributor role reports to the Vice President, Brand & Campaigns and works closely with a broad range of stakeholders across central and local teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and product campaigns from concept to delivery across channels (offline and online), ensuring through‑the‑line consistency.
  • Manage agency relationships day‑to‑day: briefings, creative reviews, timelines, production quality, and delivery to agreed standards.
  • Localize central brand guidance to the German market, applying approved claims, tone of voice and design principles so work feels authentically German and on brand.
  • Prepare clear creative and campaign briefs; present plans and final deliverables to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Be a brand custodian: own the brand governance process and ensure assets are consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Closely collaborate with the central Platform team and German stakeholders to align campaign plans with product roadmaps and go‑to‑market milestones.
  • Analyse consumer research and market trends to deepen audience understanding and keep work aligned with culture and industry developments.
  • Work with research to test and refine creative routes, ensuring insight‑led creative decisions.
  • Drive effective project management to deliver campaigns and other brand assets on time and to quality.
  • Closely partner with Legal and Compliance throughout briefing, development and approvals to ensure all materials meet required standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering brand/product campaigns for well‑known consumer brands with nationwide reach.
  • University degree with a marketing focus (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience managing multi-channel national campaigns (e.g., TV, OOH, digital) and coordinating external agency partners as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong project management processes; able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passionate about maintaining brand consistency and raising creative standards.
  • Calm under pressure with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in multinational organizations with central brand guidelines and local execution.
  • Familiarity with regulated sectors.
