As a Senior Product Associate in Business Banking Lending team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
- Partner with product owners and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs for new product features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technology teams to deliver data solutions in data warehouse and data lake environments.
- Support the development and delivery of dashboards and reports for tracking metrics and enabling data-driven decision making.
- Assist with use cases for monitoring controls and building data assets to support business objectives.
- Contribute to modernization efforts related to data infrastructure and democratizing access to data.
- Supporte data governance and compliance initiatives in partnership with accountable product owners.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
- Strong understanding of the product development life cycle, with experience in requirements definition and delivery.
- Familiarity with data technologies such as data warehouse and data lake platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technology and business stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset, self-driven, and proactive in identifying and addressing opportunities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to contribute to solution design in partnership with technical teams.
- Experience supporting modernization initiatives in data infrastructure or related technologies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Exposure to data analytics concepts and data literacy.
