As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Data Analytics team, you collaborate with stakeholders to define Control goals and develop strategies that drive product performance. You will help translate business needs into actionable data solutions and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job responsibilities

  • Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions
  • Create data points using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy
  • Rationalize complex normalized data sets for ease of cross organizational consumption
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Management, Strategy, Technology, and D&A teams to understand requirements and objectives
  • Translate data into meaningful insights and present compelling stories to stakeholders for decision making
  • Optimize and automate recurrent reports for improved efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with quantitative research and data analysis
  • Eight years of experience with SQL and Alteryx
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and draw business insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms
