As a Global Markets Research Associate in the Content Strategy & Curation team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting research content, data, and product initiatives between our team and the markets business. You will support the Digital Platform and Content initiative, manage the J.P. Morgan Markets (JPMM) research platform, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Design teams. Your work will help deliver innovative digital experiences and curated content for our clients, leveraging insights from Sales, Trading, and Research.
- Leverage content strategy skills to drive and own initiatives that enhance the visibility, engagement, and impact of the J.P. Morgan Markets (JPMM) platform.
- Curate and create content that amplifies the research platform, demonstrating strong communication and writing skills.
- Manage product features and tools in partnership with technology and product teams to support better client experiences.
- Connect market topics and themes in fresh and thought-provoking ways for clients.
- Analyze metrics, news trends, and other inputs to identify topics and ideas to be highlighted on the platform.
- Execute a forward-looking campaign calendar and manage the team’s Content Board, while identifying new and timely content ideas.
- Transform insights into a variety of content formats across digital channels.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Coordinate features, designs, and updates for the technical documentation hub.
- Curate and highlight key themes, tools, and data on the JPMM Research platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Research to create curated content experiences through multimedia, tech products, and campaigns.
- Work closely with other teams to build and showcase content.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years minimum working experience in Finance.
- Finance background; previous experience in the Investment Research industry is a plus.
- Product and project management skills, and data analysis experience.
- Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and a team player.
- Understanding of a broad set of financial assets/markets (equity, macro, FICC, etc.) and comfortable working with macro and market-related content.
- Experience with digital content platforms or research distribution channels.
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation and campaign management.
- Ability to synthesize complex market topics into engaging client content.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within financial services.
