As an Executive Director - Business Intelligence within employee experience, you will lead the development and delivery of advanced analytics solutions to support HR and business strategies. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure data governance and quality, and foster a culture of self-service analytics. In this role, you will leverage your leadership experience and expertise in cloud-based BI platforms to drive impactful results. You will help us build a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment where your contributions matter.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver actionable workforce insights.
  • Lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities, enabling users to independently explore data and generate insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all BI solutions, maintaining high standards for governance and quality.
  • Monitor BI solution performance, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of BI professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Integrate BI tools with cloud data platforms, preferably Databricks, to optimize analytics delivery.
  • Manage roadmaps, timelines, and agile practices independently.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5 years in a Business Intelligence role within a large, complex organization.
  • 2 years of direct team leadership experience or mentoring.
  • Demonstrated success delivering BI solutions in cloud environments.
  • Expertise in building BI solutions using Tableau, Snow, PowerBI, or Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of HR data and analytics in a multi-national organization.
  • Experience partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver workforce insights.
  • Experience integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms, especially Databricks and Snow.
